“I brought my BMW 2018 R 1200 GSA in for 12,000 miles service and new tires. On short notice, Mike Salamon, the Service Manager, got me in. They discovered that the bike had a catastrophic rim failure. Thankfully, they were able to quickly replace the rim, so that I could get on my way and be through the Carolinas before hurricane Florence hit. In addition, they fixed my Touratec luggage rack (that was broken by the Anchorage BMW dealer”. Nothing but praise for BMW of Manhattan Motorrad… excellent, timely service.”

“Purchased a 2017 BMW R 1200 GS from Anthony Lewis.  Anthony took the time to go over tin detail all of the options and technical differences of both bikes that I was looking at.  he also spend considerable amount of time explaining all of the accessories for the GS.  I found him to be knowledgeable about the motorcycle and the accessories that were available for it.  I also dealt with the sales manager Frederick Smallwood.  He took the time to show me a low option of the bike I was looking at in the garage.  He is also knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining how the shop worked overall.  Finally I was introduced to Rodney in the service department.  He took the time to go over all of my options for mounting a horn that I needed.  He also went through the details of maintenance and how the shops service area functioned.  Overall this was a wonderful buying experience.  I would enthusiastically recommend this dealership based on the individuals I worked with.  Oh and they even gave me a shirt!”

“I recently purchased a gently used motorcycle from a well-known Italian brand and was looking to have some simple service and NYS Inspection completed.  I reached out to a few reputable dealer/motorcycle shops in the area for some information and price quotes.  Initially I was not sure if BMW would want to service y non-BMW motorcycle but I was wrong.  Mike the service manager and Rodney the service advisor at BMW of Manhattan Motorrad were by far the most responsive and attentive to my inquiries.  They were able to accommodate y particular requests, challenging schedule and offered very competitive pricing as well.  The service area is very well organized with a nice waiting area, refreshments, and some beautiful machinery to admire if you have the time to do so.  Overall it was a great service experience and I will sure to recommend BMW of Manhattan Motorrad to my friends and family.  Thanks again Mike and Rodney for your 5 star service!”

“Bought my RR here.  Was easy, got a good (not amazing) price.  More importantly, (skipping long story here) when some parts were late arriving from the distributor and it was looking like I was going to have to skep my first track day of the season, Rodney and Mike jumped through hoops and bent over backwards to get my bike running again, including staying open (a little) late for me to come pick it up and help me load into the back of the truck. They clearly weren’t going to accept me missing that track day and it made my spring.  So far no complaints with them.  You deal with the same constraints dealing with any busy dealership or mechanic in NY, but they’ve always gotten back to me reasonably quickly, and have never left me questioning whether they were trying to do as right by me as possible.  Looking forward to winning the lottery so I can get an adventure bike from them.”
