“I unfortunately got a flat tire on my Kawasaki zzr600. I knew about the BMW dealership (57th street, Manhattan, N.Y.) and initially thought BMW would only work on or fix BMW bikes, but they also work on just about any brand motorcycle. I contacted the shop manager by email and he told me to bring my bike in to be serivced. I brought my bike in (i had already brought a tire to put on), they changed the rear tire, cleaned (not detailed) the bike and rims (which were filthy!) and all for a very reasonable price. While they serviced my bike i watched some t.v. and had some free mocha flavored coffee. The shop was clean and i personally had a very pleasant experience while there. I love the Kawasaki brand, but when the money’s right, i’ll definitely will be checking out some of the BMW bikes. Very pleasant experience! “

“On 4/21/08 I had a tire puncture on my K1200R. The tire was shot and I needed a new one. I was able to get the bike into your service department the same day. Jeff Blaney and Rodney McIntosh were able to not only squeeze me in on a very busy day, but get me up and running for the ride home. These guys are great, they have always treated me fairly and really shine when it comes to customer service.
